Winkee is a pet tracking and rewards platform operated from South Africa. By creating an account or using our mobile or web app, you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Location data from your tracker is yours. We process and store it to provide the live map, geofence alerts, activity history, and (with your consent) personalised insurance quotes. We don't sell raw location data to third parties.
PawPoints have no cash value, expire 24 months after they are earned if unused, and may be adjusted in case of fraud or abuse. Vouchers are honoured by the named partner; redemption codes expire 90 days after issue unless stated otherwise.
Quotes shown in the app are estimates based on the data we hold. Final premiums and cover are issued by licensed South African insurers — Winkee is not the insurer.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
